If you’re ready to join an innovative private jet charter/management company, look no further! We are currently in need of an ambitious Client Relations Executive to help bring us to the next level.

This position will support, promote and comply with the goals and objectives of Priester Aviation’s Safety Management System and Quality Management System. This person will receive incoming owner trip details from aircraft owners or representatives, schedule into computer system; present charter requests to aircraft owners, and coordinate approvals/denials with the Charter department.

Education Requirements

• Two or more years of Business Aviation knowledge or experience a plus
• Fluent in Microsoft Office Programs, to include Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with Flight Operations Systems (FOS) a plus
• Ability to work in a team environment or independently

Experience and Skills Required                 

• Strong oral and written communication with attention to detail
• Ability to interact with Aircraft Owners and Crewmembers in a professional manner.
• Business Aviation Knowledge a plus but not required.
• Ability to work in a team in a cross-functional aviation environment.
