Priester Aviation is looking for a Guest Experience Coordinator to deliver an EXCEPIONAL customer-facing service attitude to ultra-high-net-worth guests, with a genuine care for people. Responsibilities
- Uplift guests’ spirits with a refreshing energy that is contagious.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests who visit Priester Aviation.
- Welcome guests by providing assistance with luggage, and tea or coffee service.
- Record guest names and provide proper badging during their stay at Priester.
- Prepare and display conference room with welcome information, beverage and snack options for meetings.
- Assist guests with suggestions for entertainment, dining and other engagements as appropriate and make reservations at local establishments upon request of Guest.
- Advise Priester Line Service/Client Services team of guest arrival and assistance required at the Gate/Ramp side.
- Assist in answering inbound phone calls and route calls to appropriate personnel.
- Performs clerical tasks such as data entry, marketing mailers, filing, and other miscellaneous tasks when applicable.
- Assist in the creation and mailing of proposal documents for Sales team.
- Maintain safe and whistle-clean reception/lobby area and help clear front walkways of snow, ice, debris, daily.
